iLead is a catalyst for students to become change agents by enhancing their self-awareness, developing skills in others, and recognizing their purpose within the community. iLead Student Leadership Conference: RUN YOUR RACE is where students will honor their own "running" pace as they pace themselves through multiple leadership development exercises to become more efficient and effective in their leadership practices.
